What you choose to share

When you request a company or join early access, we collect your first and last name, email address, and an optional phone number. We also store the companies you request, your non-binding indicated amounts, and any investment-range preferences, priorities, or comments you provide.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, birth dates, bank or card details, government identification, or other sensitive financial information. This site never needs payment information.

How the website is used

We record basic site interactions, such as page visits, company searches, amount selections, and form submissions, to understand demand and improve the experience. Referral information and campaign parameters may be included when you arrive through a campaign link. When available from our hosting provider, approximate country, region, and city are saved with form submissions to understand where demand comes from. This may be inferred from your network connection and may be inaccurate. We do not save raw IP addresses in our contact sheets or add tracking cookies for this purpose. Technical information may also be processed to operate the site, detect spam, and limit abusive requests.

Why we collect it

We use submissions to research demand, develop Korthys, manage your requests, respond to questions, and understand which features and companies interest people. Names and contact details are not displayed in public demand summaries. Any public demand information should be aggregated and clearly distinguished from illustrative product data.

Updates are your choice

Marketing updates are optional. The updates checkbox is selected by default; you can uncheck it before submitting and still request a company or join early access. If you leave it selected, we may contact you about Korthys and potential future access opportunities. You can ask us to stop those updates through the contact section.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored on our server and may be saved in a private Google Sheets workspace used by the Korthys team to manage early-access contacts and customer questions. Access is limited to authorized team members and the service providers needed to operate the website and store submissions, including Google. We do not sell your personal information.

We aim to retain information only while useful for the purposes described here or necessary for legitimate operational or legal needs. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your submission, withdraw marketing consent, or ask a privacy question through Contact Korthys. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Any rights that apply can depend on your location.

Browser preferences

The site does not save your contact details in browser storage to prefill future forms. Your browser may offer its own autofill features. Authentication cookies may be used where sign-in is required. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Korthys develops. The date above identifies the latest version. If our use of personal information changes materially, this policy should be updated before that change.
